We use Australia Post.  It is the largest retail network in Australia and provides the best value for money with regards to ecommerce parcel post.  Australia Post can deliver packages domestically and internationally to most countries and destinations throughout the world.

Please enter your address into the checkout and your postage will be calculated automatically.   Postage costs are calculated on weight and delivery zones.  Postage within Australia is $7.95.  This cost holds true for all packages under 500g.  No More Chafe - Thigh Guards are a lightweight product that weighs 100g and under per pair. An Example: You can purchase 5 pairs of Size 6 Thigh Guards, and that should weigh 500g.   All smaller sizes are lighter in weight, so technically you can purchase more than 5 pairs and still be under 500g.  If you exceed the 500g parcel weight, the postage will automatically be calculated  and your package will be put in the 500g - 1kg category.  This will send your postage fees up, and costs will vary depending on which State you live within Australia.

International postage costs are calculated by weight and by Zones.  These Zones are determined by Australia Post.  The weights are consistent throughout the world.  We expect that the vast majority of orders will be 500g and under, which is the least expensive weight class.  There is a chance if you order a large bulk of Thigh Guards that you will be put into the 500g - 1kg weight class, this will be calculated automatically for you during the checkout pages.

Please note that the shipping quotes are very accurate, but there is a chance that final costs may increase or decrease depending on final weights taken by Australia Post.  We do not anticipate this to be a very common occurrence, but it is technically possible.

Your postage costs will be calculated during the checkout. You can do this on the View Cart pages, and in the Checkout pages.  There will be options  for Regular post or Express post.

Returns Policy

For Australian customers, you may return the product within 14 days of making the order online.  If there are office or postage errors that have delayed your products from being delivered within standard postage times, we will take that into account when referring to the return time limits.   Please try and keep your packaging intact and undamaged when returning your items.  Please wash your items and make sure they are dry before packaging & posting them to us.   We will not accept returns or exchanges if you have measured your legs incorrectly and/or  have chosen the incorrect size.   Please refer to the information we provide on the website, on how to measure your legs accurately and on which size will best fit you.  The information provided is clear and unambiguous and is based on accurate measurements, please make sure you choose the correct size for your leg measurements.

We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.  For Example: You have received an incorrect item, you have received a defective item etc.   If you are dissatisfied or unhappy with the product you may return it by posting it to our warehouse, you will find the address with our Business Information.  Customers may receive their refund up to 14 days after they have posted the return items, though we will endeavour to process refunds as quickly as possible for the customers' convenience.   We understand that there may be a possibility of dissatisfaction with your product, although we hope for that not to occur. Customer satisfaction is our priority, we may offer discount prices, partial refunds and other suitable remedies, in order to resolve any issues and achieve positive outcomes.  We would prefer for our customers to be happy with their product or replacement product, rather than having an unhappy customer returning items and being dissatisfied with their user experience.  So we will always attempt to improve customer experience and find solutions that make for satisfied results.

International customers will have 30 days to return their items from the time of making their order online. If there are office or international postage errors that have delayed your products from being delivered within standard postage times, we will take that into account when referring to the return time limits.  Processing a refund may take 20-25 days due to shipping times and international transaction delays, we will try to process all refunds as soon as possible for your satisfaction.
