Running is one of the best forms of exercise. It gets your body moving, improves fitness, strengthens your legs, boosts endurance, and can be great for both physical and mental health. Whether you run every day, train for events, jog on weekends, or head out for a quick lap around the neighbourhood, running is a simple way to stay active.

But while running feels great for your body, it can also come with one very uncomfortable problem—thigh chafing.
