Choose the Right Soap
Choose a soap or body wash that is specifically designed for sensitive skin. Avoid soaps with fragrances, dyes, and harsh chemicals, as these can irritate the skin and exacerbate chafing. Try out a mild soap that doesn’t contain any fragrance if you want to give your skin the best chance of avoiding chafing.
Take a Longer Shower
A longer shower can help to cleanse the skin and reduce the amount of sweat that accumulates. Aim to shower for at least 10 minutes, using lukewarm water to avoid drying out the skin. This will cleanse pores and remove any of the dirt, debris or dead skin that has accumulated since you last bathed.

So pay attention to any nooks or crannies and make sure you’re removing as much moisture from your skin as possible after a shower.

After showering, it’s important to apply a moisturiser to help keep the skin hydrated. Look for a moisturiser that is specifically designed for sensitive skin. Avoid lotions with fragrances and other harsh chemicals, as these can further irritate the skin and cause chafing.
